Functional Dry Needling

A technique that uses thin monofilament needles to target trigger points and tight muscle bands. Functional Dry Needling helps release muscular tension, improve range of motion, and reduce pain related to overuse, postural strain, or chronic injury.

Instrument Assisted Myofascial Mobilization (IASTM)

Specialized tools are used to break up fascial restrictions and scar tissue. IASTM improves soft tissue mobility, reduces pain, and enhances functional movement in both acute and chronic conditions.

Manual Body Work

Manual body work includes hands-on techniques such as soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilizations, and manual stretching. These approaches help restore mobility, decrease pain, and facilitate muscle activation and relaxation.

Corrective Therapeutic Exercise

Customized movement programs designed to correct postural imbalances, improve movement patterns, and prevent re-injury. Exercises target core stability, mobility, strength, and coordination to support whole-body health.

Dynamic Movement and Balance Assessments

These assessments analyze how you move through space—such as walking, stepping, or reaching. We evaluate balance, coordination, and stability to develop targeted interventions, especially helpful for older adults or athletes returning to sport.

Decompressive Cupping

This therapy uses suction cups to gently lift tissue and increase blood flow to targeted areas. It promotes lymphatic drainage, reduces muscle tension, and can accelerate healing in injured or inflamed tissues.

Therapeutic Taping

Various taping techniques are used to stabilize joints, reduce inflammation, and enhance proprioception. This can be helpful for acute or overuse injuries, postural support, and athletic performance.

Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training

BFR involves applying external cuffs to partially restrict blood flow while exercising. This method enables strength gains using lighter weights/less resistance, making it ideal for post-surgical rehab, injury recovery, and muscle building with reduced joint stress.

Golf Mobility Assessments

A full-body evaluation tailored to golfers, focusing on mobility, balance, and strength required for an efficient and injury-free swing. We identify physical limitations that may be impacting your performance or contributing to pain.
