EXERCISES TO HELP IMPROVE POSTURE
This handout includes a carefully selected series of exercises designed to improve posture by addressing breathing mechanics, spinal mobility, and postural strength. Rather than forcing yourself to “sit up straight,” these movements help build the endurance and control needed to support a more natural, sustainable alignment. When practiced consistently, they can reduce strain on the neck and back while helping you feel stronger and more upright throughout your day.
