Telehealth Physical Therapy Evaluation

Service Description

A review of your history and goals will start the session. The evaluation will include observation of posture and movement, self palpation and special testing, observation of range of motion and functional strength testing, special testing and the development of a physical therapy movement dysfunction diagnosis. Your physical therapist will establish a plan of care and establish goals with you as well as provide your with information on your injury or movement dysfunction to begin on your journey toward movement mastery.
